    HOLLYWOOD SMILE™ — System 3

The 14-Day Natural White Ritual™ to Lift Every Stain You Weren't Born With — No Bleach, No Zing.+ The Honest Verdicts on Every Whitener You've Already Tried.

The colour of your teeth isn't on the surface — it's underneath, showing through. Which is why fifteen years of brushing, strips, charcoal and powders never touched it. Here's what actually moves the needle, and the honest limit of how far it moves.

Not a bleach. Not a bigger abrasive. The physics of why your teeth look the way they do — and the enamel-safe routine built on it.

Hollywood Smile — the complete 10-component system

Built on peer-reviewed research — Marshall (dentin governs colour) · Lamster (age darkening is physiologic, not disease) · Dietschi (enamel translucency) · Vochikovski (peroxide discomfort) — and the verdicts on every remedy the internet sells you.

Before I show you the physics, I want you to take an inventory. Not of your teeth — of what you've already tried. It matters more than you think.

How Much Have You Already Spent on This?

    • Whitening strips — and the sensitivity that came with them
    • The charcoal phase. The black sink. The "it's natural so it's safe" reasoning.
    • Baking soda, because someone said it was gentler
    • Purple toothpaste, purple serum, purple everything
    • Coconut oil, twenty minutes at a time
    • A whitening pen you used twice
    • An LED mouthpiece that came with a phone charger
    • You stopped drinking coffee for a while. It didn't help enough to be worth it.
    • You've wondered whether your teeth are just like this

If you checked even three of those, you're not undisciplined. You're the most persistent kind of customer this industry has. And almost every one of those products was aimed at the wrong part of your tooth.

    What actually happened

Look at a tooth in cross-section. There are two layers that matter. The outside is enamel — the hardest tissue in your body (He & Swain, 2008). And it is largely translucent. Underneath it sits dentin, which is naturally, permanently yellow.

Marshall found that the dentin underneath is what largely governs a tooth's colour — because the enamel above it is substantially translucent (the finding, from Marshall 1993, PMID 8272499).

Enamel is a window. Dentin is the paint. Every product on that list you just ticked was aimed at the window.

Some of them did remove genuine surface film — that part is real, and it's worth doing. But the colour you actually see? That was never on the surface. It's the paint, seen through the glass. And the window is the only part you can damage.

    Everything Inside Hollywood Smile™

10 precision tools. Every honest verdict. One complete system.

    What Comes Off

    Genuine Surface Film

The stuff coffee, tea and wine actually leave on the outside of the window. This is real, it accumulates, and it comes off — gently, without sanding anything. It's most of what you can see improve, and the half every product on the market sells you.

    What Shows Through

    The Colour Underneath

The dentin. The part that is genuinely, permanently yours — and gets more visible with every year, for reasons that have nothing to do with hygiene. Nothing on the surface reaches this. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling the window.

Brighter Without the Bleach — The Honest Handbook

Brighter Without the Bleach — The Honest Handbook

Your core manual · The physics, the verdicts, the ceiling

Everything starts here. What actually colours a tooth, what genuinely comes off, what never will, and why fifteen years of products aimed at the wrong layer. Including the part no whitening brand prints: the limit of what any enamel-safe approach can do. You should know the ceiling before you buy, not after.

    The Natural White Ritual

    ★ The Crown Jewel

    $67 Value

    The Natural White Ritual

The daily routine · Visibly brighter without the sensitivity gamble

This is the one I'm proudest of. A morning-and-night routine built on one principle: clean the window, never sand it. It solves the objection every natural-whitening product runs into — "I used it for a month and it still looks yellow" — by being honest about which part of the job it's doing, and doing that part properly. This is the component the rest of the system exists to support.

    The No-Zing Protocol
    $47 Value

    The No-Zing Protocol

    For everyone the strips hurt

In one clinical study of peroxide whitening, 96% of people felt some discomfort (Vochikovski, 2022). Ninety-six. That's not a rare side effect — that's the default experience, sold to you as a rare side effect. This is the protocol for people whose teeth still remember the zing: what causes it, what reduces it, and how to get a real result without signing up for a week of wincing at cold air.

Does It Actually Whiten? The Honest Verdicts

Does It Actually Whiten? The Honest Verdicts

Every remedy, graded — including the ones we can't sell you

The internet has handed you a hundred whitening hacks and graded exactly none of them. So I did. Charcoal, baking soda, purple, oil pulling, enzyme pastes, LED, the lot — each with a verdict across the clinical literature, what people actually report, and centuries of traditional use. Some work. Some are folklore. One is quietly sanding your enamel while you thank it. I'll tell you which is which, including where the answer costs us a sale.

    The Old-World Remedies

What traditional practice got right — and where the evidence stops

Miswak. Neem. Clove. Turmeric. Practices with centuries behind them and, in some cases, real mechanisms. This guide takes them seriously and tells you where the literature simply hasn't looked. That's the "science and the people" line: tradition gets a fair hearing, and it doesn't get to skip the evidence.

Nano vs Micro: Why Most Natural Pastes Do Nothing
    $29 Value

Nano vs Micro: Why Most Natural Pastes Do Nothing

    The particle-size problem nobody mentions

Two tubes on the shelf can list the same ingredient and do completely different things, and the difference is a number on neither label. This is the one piece of technical knowledge that will change what you buy for the rest of your life — and it explains why your last "natural whitening" paste was, functionally, expensive mint.

    The Truth About Purple
    $19 Value

    The Truth About Purple

    Colour theory is not whitening

Purple does something. It just isn't what the box says. The claim is a "cool undertone that neutralises yellow" — and that is not the mechanism the evidence supports. What the research actually found is stranger and more useful: lip colour changes how white your teeth look. With 100 observers rating the same teeth, red and purple lips scored highest for perceived whiteness and nude scored lowest (Varvara 2023 — small and subjective, graded weak-to-moderate; I'm not going to oversell it). So the defensible effect is contrast, not chemistry. It's a real trick. It's also makeup — and it should be sold as makeup.

Keep the Coffee, Skip the Stains
    $19 Value

Keep the Coffee, Skip the Stains

You don't have to give it up

Every whitening guide tells you to quit coffee. You're not going to quit coffee. Neither am I. So this is the realistic version: what actually deposits on the window, when it does, and the small changes in how you drink it that do most of the work. Nobody has to become a different person.

    The No-Filter 14-Day Shade Tracker

    Measure it, or you're guessing

Teeth change slowly, and memory is a liar — which is exactly why this industry sells so well. This is a printable tracker with a fixed-lighting protocol, so you're comparing a photograph to a photograph rather than to a feeling. It's also how you'll catch us if we're wrong. I'd rather hand you the ruler.

One page. Stick it on the mirror.

Everything that matters, on one page: what's safe, what's abrasive, what to never do twice. The cheapest thing in the system and the one that stops the most damage.

    THIS IS:

    • The physics of tooth colour, in plain English
    • An enamel-safe daily routine you can actually keep
    • Honest verdicts on every remedy — including the unprofitable ones
    • A way to measure results instead of hoping
    • Built for laypeople, not clinicians

    THIS IS NOT:

    • Bleach, or a stronger abrasive
    • A promise of a shade you were never born with
    • A replacement for your dentist
    • Another product that treats the window as the problem
    • Anything that requires you to give up coffee

    You didn't stain them

You know the moment. Good light. Bathroom mirror. You pull your lip back and turn your head slightly, the way you've done a thousand times, and you look at the one tooth that's always bothered you.

And you think: I brush twice a day. I floss. I've spent hundreds on this. Why do they still look like this? So you conclude the only thing left to conclude. That it's you.

You didn't stain them. They're showing through.

Enamel doesn't stay the same thickness your whole life. It thins. And as it thins, it gets more translucent — more like glass, less like paint. Meanwhile the dentin underneath gets more saturated, more yellow, with age. Put those two together and you get the sentence that should be on the first page of every whitening product ever sold: the tooth reads yellower even without new stain (Lamster 2016, PMID 27501493; Dietschi 2006; Ardu 2010).

Even without new stain. Nothing landed on your teeth. Nothing was neglected. The window got clearer, and you started seeing the paint.

And here's the part that should take the weight off: the researchers who documented this classify it as normal physiologic ageing — explicitly distinct from disease. The paper's own title is "The aging mouth: differentiating normal aging from disease." You do not have a problem. You have a tooth.

Fifteen Years of Aiming at the Wrong Layer

For a year I've been reading everything on this — the clinical literature, the trials, and the actual receipts of people who've tried everything. One thing runs through all of it, and it genuinely made me angry.

Almost every whitening product on the market is aimed at the window.

It has to be. The window is the only part it can reach. So the entire industry sells you increasingly clever ways to work on a piece of glass, while the thing you actually want changed sits behind it, untouched. There are only two ways to work on a window. You can clean it, or you can sand it.

Cleaning it is real. Coffee, tea and wine genuinely leave something on the outside of your teeth, and taking it off gently makes a visible difference. That work is real, and this system does it.

Sanding it is what most of the shelf actually does. Charcoal, "whitening" powders, aggressive pastes — they work by being harder than what they're removing. And enamel, the hardest tissue in your body (He & Swain, 2008), has one specific vulnerability: it does not grow back. Ever. Across 26 toothpastes, measured abrasivity runs from 36 to 269 — a seven-fold spread, with nothing on the box to tell you which one you're holding.

"Charcoal is highly abrasive. While it clears surface stains, it actually scrapes away your protective enamel."

And then there's bleach. Which does work — peroxide is the thing in this category that genuinely changes the colour of a tooth. But here's the cost nobody prices in. In split-mouth trials of in-office 35% hydrogen peroxide, 96% of patients reported some discomfort (Vochikovski 2022, PMID 36418502). It is temporary — it resolves after treatment, and I won't tell you otherwise. And it is nearly everybody. Not a rare reaction you were unlucky to have. The default, sold to you as an exception.

Why will your teeth not whiten no matter what you do? Because you were never working on the layer that holds the colour.

You Can't Repaint the Wall. You Can Clean the Window — and Stop Scratching It.

After a year in the research, it reduced to three moves. Not three products — three moves. Here's the logic.

    01

    Clean the Window

Surface film is real. Coffee, tea, wine and time genuinely leave something on the outside of the enamel, and taking it off is real work with a visible result. The trick is that it comes off with the right approach, not the strongest one — because everything on that shelf that removes film faster does it by being harder than the thing underneath. Clean glass looks dramatically better. It just doesn't become a different colour.

    02

    Stop Sanding the Glass

Enamel is the hardest tissue in your body (He & Swain, 2008) and it has exactly one weakness: it doesn't come back. Not with a paste, not with a serum, not with time. And it's the only thing standing between you and the yellow underneath. So every abrasive shortcut is a trade — a little film today against a window you can never replace. This is the move that costs us the sale of anything gritty, and it's the most important one on the page.

    03

    Keep the Window Clear

Here's what nobody sells you, because it isn't a product: the film comes back. Every day, from everything you enjoy. So the goal was never a one-time transformation — it was a rhythm, one that keeps the glass clear without ever reaching for the sandpaper. And no, you don't have to quit coffee. You have to change how it meets your teeth.

Not scrubbing harder — cleaning smarter. Not stripping the enamel — protecting it. Not a transformation — a rhythm. And the ceiling, because this is where every other page in this category lies: you are not going to get a shade you were never born with. The dentin under your enamel is yours. What genuinely changes is the film on top of it, the thickness of the window protecting it, and whether you spend the next fifteen years making it worse. Exactly how to execute each move is laid out step by step inside Hollywood Smile™.

    Let's put $9 in perspective

Go back to the inventory you filled in earlier. The strips. The charcoal. The pen you used twice. The LED mouthpiece with its own charging cable.

Add it up — not the box price, the total. Bought one hopeful purchase at a time, late at night, each one carrying the belief that this would be the one. You know your own number. I'm not going to invent it for you.

That's the real price of this problem — not any single product, the drip. The serial, hopeful, disappointed drip. And every one of those purchases was aimed at a window.

The complete Hollywood Smile™ — all 10 components — has a total value of $372. At launch it's $47. As a VIP Founding Member, it's $37. Today it's $9 to hold your spot — and that $9 comes straight off the price.

That's less than one of the things that didn't work. And unlike every one of those, this one you can decide about later — the $9 just keeps the door open and the price at $37 when we launch.

    What Your $9 Actually Does

"Reserve your spot" is the kind of phrase people use when they're being slippery. So here is exactly what happens. Your $9 does three things:

→ It locks your price at $37. At launch it's $47. Founding Members pay $37, and your $9 comes off that — so you'll owe $28 at launch and not a penny more.

→ It holds one of 500 Founding Member spots. First access on launch day.

→ It comes back if you change your mind. It's a deposit, not a purchase. Email before launch, get your $9 back. No hoops.

What it does not do: it doesn't start a subscription. It doesn't charge you again automatically. It doesn't give you access today — and I'd rather say that plainly than dress it up. I'm asking whether you want to be first, at the best price, on the only whitening system that will tell you its own ceiling.

    Frequently Asked Questions

The sentence that started all of this was published in 1993 — that dentin governs the colour of a tooth, and enamel is mostly a window. Thirty-three years. In that time, an entire industry has been built on selling people increasingly sophisticated ways to polish glass, and letting them believe that when it didn't work, they'd done it wrong. That's not a complicated problem. It's a dishonest one. I'd rather sell you the truth and lose the sale than sell you a shade you were never going to get.
