Why it's in the protocol
Same upstream logic as the powered irrigator, done manually. The refills make it a habit, not a one-off.
The Protocol verdict
“The everyday option — a cheap bottle and refill packets that clear the drip without a device. Refills mean it lasts.”
The brains behind this tool
The Stone Dissolver™ — the complete tonsil stones system
Tools work best inside a routine. The full step-by-step digital system is $47, one-time — this pick has a job inside it.
Complete the protocol
The Copper Tongue Scraper
Kosha Ayurveda / Dr. Tung's pure copper
Step one of the morning ritual — mechanical cleaning first, everything else second. Copper for the price of a coffee.

The Water Flosser — Use It on LOW
Waterpik Aquarius / Cordless Advanced
One tool, two systems: gentle tonsil-crypt flushing and easier gum-line cleaning. Lowest setting, always.
High pressure causes real harm — LOW is the whole technique.

The Budget Cordless Irrigator
COSLUS / generic cordless
The cheaper way in — fine to start with, provided you keep it on the lowest setting like the premium pick.
LOW setting only — pressure is the danger, not the brand.
